I’m here to offer you the space to (re)discover the real you!

Specialities and Approach

I take a client-centered approach where I let you decide the speed, direction, and content of your sessions. I understand that nobody knows your life better than you, so ultimately, you’re in control. I’m just here to support and guide you through whatever life hands you.

I also believe your treatment should be as individualized as you are, so we take a collaborative approach. Not a one-size-fits-all approach, I will tailor your session to what will work best for you, and pull from a variety of modalities, techniques, tools, and theories!

Prism My CAT

Lastly, and most importantly my cat Prism! She is a dilute tortie and the pattern of her fur has the effect of a prism scattering lights.

She runs the show, she is the brains behind the opperation, and when I provide a telehealth session from home she is 99.99% likely to make an appearance. But don’t worry she is also bound to HIPAA confidentlaity laws.
